Please note: Many of our trips take place on state lands that require all users have a Montana Conservation License. Montana FWP is requiring a conservation license for all individuals over the age of 12, even when running with a commercial outfitter. We understand the inconvenience and extra cost, and we do apologize. We hope to convince the state to change this to a more reasonable process in the future. Participants are responsible for getting their own licenses; this cost is not included in your registration fee. These licenses help pay for maintenance and conservation work on Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks lands, and a portion of the proceeds also are put into a trust for Montana K-12 schools and other public institutions, helping fund education in Montana. You can purchase your conservation license here.
